Who are we?

Freedom Health Consulting, LLC was born out of a desire to offer a boutique consulting approach by working with health plans, primary care physicians, industry partners and mental health providers to offer innovative approaches that lead to healthier outcomes.

We are a multi-functional firm and have a suite of offerings to help clients achieve their goals. We use our deep industry experience to build on our clients’ capabilities to identify and develop impactful strategies and improve performance. We provide:
