Kimberly A. Shell, MBA
Founder & Sr. Principal Consultant
Kim is a former health plan executive and the founder and Sr. Principal Consultant at Freedom Health Consulting, LLC. She has almost 30 years of experience working in the health care industry including the mental health arena. Her extensive experience includes working with national and international health plans to develop and execute on Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial quality & Star Rating strategies as well as working directly with primary care physicians to increase their value-based performance. She has planned, facilitated and executed numerous Medicare Strategy Meetings to help teams identify key goals, and develop laser focused strategies to improve outcomes. She completed her Masters in Business Administration at Averett University in Virginia, and her undergraduate degree in Social Work from the University of Tennessee.
Lindsey A. Shell, ABA
Assistant to Sr. Principal Consultant
It all begins with an idea and creativity. Lindsey is the talent behind the firms design offerings. With her talent in art design, and her Associates in Business Administration, she assists with web site design and packaging our creative offerings to clients. She plans to continue her education and one day own her own business. Lindsey is able to take content that was once thought to be deliverable in-person only and transform it for the virtual world.
